It has been a while since i last update my blog.... i was quite hectic recently especially after i come back from Costa Rica, working like cow everyday as my team is down on resources.

I noticed there were many changes after i left for around a month. Certain people are behaving one kind, showing their unlikely attitude. Some people even start to back stab each other, although they act freindly in front of you, they might not be the one you thought they are. Situation became very unhealthy and would get worse at any time.

Everyone thought he/she is the only victim. I prefer to keep quiet and observe what's going to happen rather than join them together to get in the mess. I pity my new team lead the most as she has to worry about hassles and make sure she has everything controlled... everyday there is something going to happen and it's like watching drama, new episode each day.

I strongly believe the same situation would happen to anyone, anywhere, anytime in the working environment. It's just the matter how you look at it and how to face it - whether you want to take is easy or look at it in a hard way which might end up with an upset situation.

There is nothing we can do other than united, work as a team and trust each other. Hopefully there is some changes soon.... Hope for a better day !! Good Luck to everyone
